By installing and using AdrianMail ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

AdrianMail is a Chrome extension that allows users to manage their Gmail accounts, including features such as:

  • Viewing email metadata (subject, sender, timestamp)
  • Deleting emails
  • Marking emails as spam
  • Managing multiple Gmail accounts

The Extension operates as a client-side application and does not store your Gmail data on any servers.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Gmail account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Use the Extension to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Extension or servers/networks connected to it

4. Google API Services

The Extension uses Google API Services to access your Gmail account. By using this Extension, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdrianMail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Extension will meet your specific requirements
  • The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Extension will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADRIANMAIL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Extension
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Gmail account
  • Any conduct or content of any third party using the Extension
  • Loss of data, including emails accidentally deleted

8. Data Loss and Email Deletion

IMPORTANT: When you delete emails or mark them as spam using this Extension, those actions are permanent and cannot be undone by us. You are responsible for:

  • Verifying that you want to delete emails before confirming the action
  • Maintaining backups of important emails
  • Understanding that deleted emails may be recoverable through Gmail's Trash folder for 30 days

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Extension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any reason
  • Discontinue the Extension at any time

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by:

  • Logging out of all accounts
  • Revoking access to your Gmail account
  • Uninstalling the Extension from your browser

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdrianMail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Extension allows you to perform permanent actions on your Gmail account (such as deleting emails). Always double-check your actions before confirming. We are not responsible for accidental deletions or any other unintended consequences of using this Extension.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdrianMail regarding the use of the Extension.
